SHIPPING 

Delivery time

Orders will be packed and send from us within 3-7 days. The shipping time depends on your location.

In our own experience it often takes: 

NORWAY: 3-5 business days
EUROPE: 10-20 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 15-25 business days

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost depend on your location and will be calculated during checkout. Please contact us at contact@art-of-nature.no if you have any questions!

Toll & Custom Fees
In the shopping cart you can see the total cost including product, shipping, fees and method of payment, but excluding custom fees and taxes applicable in your country. Art of Nature do not take responsibility for any added fees or taxes as custom fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Before placing an order, please check what applies for your country!


RETURNS

We have a 14 days return policy. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by registering your return within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the ordered product. For an easy return procedure we kindly ask you to follow the steps below:

1. First of all you need to contact us, by sending an email containing the following information to contact@art-of-nature.no:
– Order number
– Customer name
- Reason for return

2. Make sure the products are unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. If not, a calculated fee will be taken out for restoration. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

3. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery cost when returning or switching products within the 14 days withdrawal rights. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. The Customer is responsible for the transport risk and shipping cost

4. We strive to repay the amount as soon as possible, yet no later than within 14 days from the date we received your return. Please note that we must have received the goods as a return or a delivery receipt must be presented on request before a refund can be issued. As soon as your return has been received by us and your refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail. Depending on payment method it might take 2-5 business days from when you received the return confirmation, before you get your refund.

Transport Damages
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, report this immediately to us and if possible, take a photo of the package before opening it. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages the customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery. It will then be treated as a regular return.
